RETURNS POLICY

We offer free domestic shipping on all orders. Please contact us for international shipping rates.

We will accept returns if you have a change of heart, or if the rug just doesn't feel right for you. To return a purchase, contact us within 3 days of delivery, and ship the item back to us within 5 days of delivery. Rug must be in same condition as they were at the time of purchase. Returns will be refunded less the original cost of shipping, and buyer must pay for return shipping.
